Our History
The first project of the company originated in the year 2011 at the procurement of the property and plans were made to develop it into a modern subdivision. The idea is to create a close-to-nature environment conducive to healthy living and neighbourhood relations within the vicinity of Tacloban City. Hence the slogan “To Live in the Symphony of Nature and Urban Living”.
The development, however, was disturbed due to the devastation brought by super typhoon Yolanda in 2013. Project development resumed on 2015 with the construction of the socialize housing units. In 2017, the next phase of the development was launched with the introduction of our best-selling units: APO 1 and APO 2 – 2 storey row house units In 2020, we officially launched our single-detached and duplex units: Red Oak Prime.
