With the recommendation of our Engineering team, our existing and upcoming units will be retrofitted with a catch basin, downspout strains, and gutter outflows FREE OF CHARGE. This is to ensure that there will be no leaks inside the unit even during heavy rainfall. We have started with our pilot units and will be conducting several tests to ensure correct implementation. We believe this will give our homeowners the peace of mind they need moving forward.
