In light of recent events, the Montview Residences would like to announce the transition to our new engineering team to effectively address concerns and to efficiently carry out necessary repairs and improvements on site. We have overhauled our Engineering Department to serve our homeowners better.
With more than 10 years experience in real estate development and housing units, we are excited to introduce our Project-in-Charge / Project Manager – Engr. Excel Rey Suaring. Assisting him on site are two (2) other Licensed Civil Engineers with several years of professional experience in monitoring both housing units and land development. To complete the team, we have also added a Documents Engineer for proper recording and tracking of concerns as well as our Foreman and Maintenance team as we emphasize on the monitoring of the Quality of Works on site. Rest assured, our team will do their best to ensure that all for turn-over units are properly checked before turnover and all roofing of existing units are checked and repaired.
