Back in March 2024, Tacloban City experienced a severe drought that affected water supply across many communities, including Montview Residences. Residents faced low water pressure and, at times, limited access to water.
To support homeowners during this period, the developer utilized the subdivision’s reservoir and partnered with a local supplier to keep it filled. This allowed residents to purchase water on-site or arrange their own deliveries. While this solution helped address immediate needs, it also highlighted the importance of a more sustainable, long-term approach.
In response, Montview Residences invested in a long-term water system solution designed to ensure consistent water access, strengthen the community’s resilience, and support a better quality of life for all residents.
