Moving forward, we, at The Montview Residences, remain dedicated to deliver our commitments for a better subdivision. On-going developments include the demolishing of our old entrance and guardhouse paving the way to our new, modern, and wider entrance. We have recently started on our basketball court and soon the rest of our amenities and open space area construction will follow.
Development of the other areas including Block 1-6 and our Block 7 Cul de Sac are currently on-going. We have also started our initial talks with Primewater to align with their timeline in finally establishing a water source near our area. We look forward to the updates from their end.
For our future units, we have incorporated the improvements and changes noted by our Engineering team to ensure that we are able to deliver better quality units to our homeowners.
