With the commitment to address concerns once and for all, our Engineering team will be checking and repairing the roofing of all 166 APO 1 and APO 2 units in Block 7, 9, and 12 FREE OF CHARGE. Repair works are now on-going and will be finished by end of June. Upon completion of the repairs, our engineering team will be doing necessary tests to ensure repairs have been done properly and effectively before turning it over to our respective homeowners.

The Montview Residences Management would like to apologize to the affected homeowners. Rest assured with the changes on site and the clear mandate to monitor closely our third-party contractors, which was supposed to conduct the repairs properly, we will be able to eliminate the leaking concerns identified by our homeowners.
